Crème de la Crème Albuquerque: A Sweet Surprise in Sawmill Market
From vibrant blooms to irresistible European desserts, Crème de la Crème Albuquerque: A Sweet Surprise in the Sawmill Market delivers flavor, artistry, and a dash of charm.
The Tale
We were looking for something to do during the limited free time we had on our business trip. We ended up at a special event at the Explora Museum, where we mingled with other folks in the museum world. While chatting, we figured out how to spend a few hours in the morning before heading to the airport. They suggested checking out Sawmill Market and couldn’t stop raving about Crème de la Crème, an Albuquerque bakery there that’s famous for its amazing European desserts. It’s definitely a great place to check out!
The Experience
The next day, we made our way there, and it was totally worth it! The vibrant pink flowers are hard to miss. When we arrived, Bella was busy working on some pastries. She made our experience even better by offering us tastings of the different flavored mousses and fillings. I didn’t catch all the details of her explanation about the pure, wholesome ingredients they use because I was too busy savoring the flavors.
The Conclusion
The desserts here? Absolutely amazing! They look like little masterpieces and taste just as good. Everything is made with all-natural ingredients by Pastry Chef Armani Brigante. If you’re lucky, you might get to meet Bella when you visit—she’s super charming! You definitely don’t want to miss this popular spot in Albuquerque. Crème de la Crème Albuquerque is a must-visit.
